John Beich

Education: University of Denver – B.A.; Columbia University, Teachers College – M.A.

Since 1999, Mr. Beich has been working with students that have learning disabilities. His career and education have taken him to many settings, schools and communities. He has worked with a wide range of student profiles. His undergraduate degree is in Comparative Religious Studies and his Masters degree is in Learning Disabilities. From 2004 to 2018, Mr. Beich was a teacher and administrator in the middle school at Stephen Gaynor School. The last seven years he was the Director of Middle School at Stephen Gaynor. He recently moved to York Prep after nearly a decade of close cooperation and communication with York. It is exciting to be a Jump Start instructor and work so closely with individual students.
